Water and soil are not needed for waxed amaryllis to grow and bloom. Find a table, shelf, or any other even surface to place the waxed amaryllis bulb. Within 4–8 weeks of receiving the amaryllis be prepared to enjoy stunning red blooms. 

Expect the first waxed amaryllis bulb in this subscription to be shipped out during the month that the order was placed. Two more shipments of waxed amaryllis will occur every other month from the initial shipment. A total of 3 amaryllis bulbs will be sent over 6 months. This allows for continuous blooms during the 6-month period, with a new waxed amaryllis bulb being sent as the previous bulb is finished blooming. 

The wax color on the amaryllis will vary based on seasonal color choices. Wax colors could be red, green, purple, pink, silver, gold, blue or white. Due to the seasonal nature of this amaryllis subscription, we are not able to specify which color waxed amaryllis will be sent for each shipment. However, each of the 3 shipments will definitely feature a different color of waxed amaryllis base with a red flower. 

Waxed amaryllis typically blooms with 2-3 stalks of flowers. Expect the bulb to bloom 1-3 times with 2-3 stalks of flowers each time.
