Received my peony roots today and they were really good size. Will make a nice plant.

These peonies came as a nice size, and both began growing right after I planted them. Of course, I won't get blooms this year, but the plants are looking good.

My bare root arrived in excellent condition! Since being planted, it has grown into a healthy looking little plant and I have high hopes for at least one bloom next year, and am crossing my fingers for many more in the years to come! While I always consider the health of the plant my top priority, I have to say how thrilled I was to find this particular peony at such an affordable price point - a huge savings from every other site and garden center I searched!

I bought it in early 2018, a single root division. Put it in a pot for one year and then planted in ground in 2019. This year it give us one beautiful flower, a double flower nearly as pretty as my tree peony Gui Fei Cha Cui. The color changes from deep pink to light pink. It is 5 inches in diameter and 2-3 inches deep. Moreover it has slightly sweet scent. My Julia Rose and Cora Louise peonies are next to bloom. I live in California, zone 9b. Buy it, buy it!

Root was large and plump with well formed eyes. Sprouted readily with in a couple weeks after being planted.
