The bulbs arrived in time and are looking healthy. Found one shriveled and one a little moldy. But the other 23 were excellent! Will update when they bloom.

These bloomed late in my garden which I wanted. The bloom size was a surprise. They rivaled the blooms on some of my peony. My reason for four stars is the pink wasn’t as vibrant as expected. Some started nearly white but did turn more pink as they matured. Still beautiful just didn’t expect to wait on the pink to display.

I grew these tulips in a container along with two other kinds of late blooming tulips. In the sun they open up and look very much like peonies. The pink color along with the white is also unique, although the pink accent looks more like a bright pink rather than a soft creamy pink—either way, it is beautiful. I had these on my front porch so when the sun hit them in the afternoon (around 70ish degrees or more), I would have to put them in the shade as they would become a little “sad” in the heat. So full season is not the best but I was lucky to put these in containers that I could move them.
