Cummins Fringed Tulip is a frilly purple tulip with fringed petals. These bulbs have been chilled in our coolers for at least 8 weeks, which is the minimum time required for tulips to produce a flower bud. Pre-chilled bulbs can be used for growing indoors. They also work for growing outside in warm climates that do not have the necessary cold temperatures tulips need to produce a flower bud. 

*Our pre-chilled bulbs are ready for shipping starting in mid-December. By this time they have received the minimum amount of cold temperatures required for forcing and flower bud production.*
