Large, healthy bulbs and beautiful blossoms! Very happy with my purchase.

Elvas was one of the many BOGO pairs of loose amaryllis bulbs I purchased this year and was not disappointed. As is usual with Tulip World, the bulbs were large and healthy. The two flower spikes on this bulb are shorter than some of my others, which I like because they do not require extra support. The flowers opened simultaneously to create a cluster that looks like one large flower. My flowers have much less red than those on the webpage, but they are still lovely.

Tulip World is the place to go for loose amaryllis bulbs. I learned my lesson when I received a large order from another site and was disappointed to see that they were less than 1/4 the size of the Tulip World bulbs. They are barely growing and likely will not bloom. Sadly, the cost was about the same or more. Never again!
I will stick with Tulip World from now on.

I purchased this when it was on BOGO sale. It’s now 6 weeks since I planted and I have 3 buds on one and 5 buds on the other! They are like the 2nd and 3rd pictures (labeled “customer photo”).

During shipping TW actually put in “plant warmer” like the “hand warmers” to keep the package warm! This was so cool!

Got on a discount and both bulbs have a flower stalk each. Growth rate is good. Will update again as to the bloom count when the blooms actually open.
