Ordered several varieties of dahlias for a large sunny spot. Healthy bare roots already had some "eyes" sprouting when I opened the box. I planted them in pots to get them started during some unseasonably cold weather. They've already sprouted some healthy-looking leaves, and I can't wait to get them into the sunny patch of soil. I will need to dig them up in the fall as my zone gets too cold for too long in the winter to leave them in the ground, so fingers crossed they look as amazing after winter storage as they did when they were shipped!

This plant produced beautiful 4” deep dark PURPLE flowers. They are lovely, but so different from the description that I wonder if the tubers I received were correctly labeled.

My first time ordering Dahlias from this company and I love how healthy these tubers are, with very robust eyes growing. I am looking forward to all these dahlias blooming.
